Chief Executive Officer

Trung Ha, MD

Trung Ha, M.D. is dual board-certified in Interventional Pain Medicine and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R). He earned his medical degree and then completed his residency in PM&R at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas, where he was awarded Graduating Resident Teacher of the Year award. Afterward, he pursued his fellowship in ACGME-Accredited Anesthesia Interventional Pain Medicine at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. In 2018, he was recognized with the Quality of Excellence Award from Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas.

Dr. Ha became intrigued with medicine after experiencing rehabilitation therapy for his third-degree burns and sports knee injury. His encounters with both the providers and patients create a desire to find new, innovative ways to help others who were suffering from similar pain. At his clinic, Dr. Ha formulates uniquely individualized, multidisciplinary treatment plans and uses advanced injection procedures to optimize patient care. He strives to help patients regain an active, healthy lifestyle with improved pain and increased function.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Ha enjoys spending time with his fiance Vivian, fishing, and mentoring students. He is the current President of the Vietnamese Health Professionals Association in Dallas, TX, and finds joy in building the next generation of medicine.

Raphael Ye, DO

Raphael Ye, D.O. is dual board-certified in Interventional Pain Medicine and Anesthesiology. He earned his medical degree and then completed his residency in anesthesiology at the world-renowned Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Cleveland, Ohio. He stayed at the Cleveland Clinic Foundation and completed an interventional pain medicine fellowship to learn from the leaders in the field. Following fellowship, he practiced interventional pain in Austin, TX for 7 years.

Dr. Ye was an engineer prior to becoming a physician. He has chosen medicine because he wants to improve the well-being of those around him. However, he continues to apply critical thinking to solve unique problems for his patients. It is especially challenging for patients who have suffered chronic pain for a long time, but Dr. Ye tries his best to help his patients to regain some control over their ailments.

In his spare time, Dr. Ye enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, listening to podcasts, watching Michigan football and basketball, skiing and snowboarding in the winter and going to swim meets with his daughter. Dr. Ye has been a member of the Texas Medical Association, Texas Pain Society, American Medical Association, American Society of Anesthesiologists, American Academy of Pain, American Society of Regional Anesthesia and Pain Medicine and the North American Neuromodulation Society.

Duc Vo, MHA

Duc M. Vo is the Chief Operating Officer and co-founder of Holistiq. He is a strategic and collaborative leader with an extensive history of success, identifying opportunities to improve performance and implementing effective solutions. With a broad experience from fast-paced healthcare startups to multibillion-dollar enterprises, he has a demonstrated record of developing strong external relationships and inspiring teams through engaging leadership.

Duc holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin, a Bachelor of Science in Cytogenetics from the University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center, and a Master of Healthcare Administration from the University of Houston – Clear Lake.

In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons, working out, bonsai, and an avid sports fan.

Lisa Tran, MS, CCC-SLP

Lisa Tran, M.S. CCC-SLP is the Marketing Director. She earned her Bachelor of Science at the University of Texas at Dallas before fast-tracking into the Communication Sciences degree program. Her passion for helping others developed at a young age. She grew up with an older cousin who is nonverbal and was diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy shortly after birth. She strongly believes that everyone deserves a voice. Since graduation, Lisa has enjoyed working with adults and geriatrics, finding her passion for treating patients with neurological disorders, including stroke, brain injury and dementia. Her experience in an inpatient and outpatient medical setting led her to find Holistiq Spine & Ortho Medicine, where she was introduced to Dr. Ha. She is exploring business development and community outreach and finding that developing relationships within the community is truly valuable. In her free time, Lisa enjoys spending time with family/friends, trying new cuisines and traveling.

Audrey Given

She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Science in Biology coupled with a minor in Psychology. She was captivated by the intricate workings of the human body and the profound impact healthcare can have on individuals' lives.

Her journey into healthcare administration was fueled by a desire to bridge the gap between the medical and business aspects of healthcare. She has always been driven by a passion for finding innovative solutions, encouraging growth in others, and building lasting relationships with people—qualities that have become the cornerstones of her approach to clinic management.

In her free time, she enjoys playing sand volleyball (badly), singing karaoke with her friends, and enjoying different views and foods around the world.

Gregory J. TenBarge, MHA

Gregory J. TenBarge, MHA is the Strategic Advisor and a member of the Board of Advisors for Holistiq. Greg was most recently Chief Administrative Officer for Envision Physician Services. He has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry providing management and operational services for healthcare providers. Prior to joining Envision, Greg was Senior Vice President of Network Solutions and Services for The US Oncology Network. Greg is a graduate of the University of Arizona with a Bachelor degree in Health Care Administration and Arizona State University with a Master degree in Healthcare Administration.

Greg lives in Denver Colorado with his wife Janet and a varying number of their 7 children.

Robert Bolash, MD

Robert Bolash, MD is the Clinical Advisor and a member of the Board of Advisors for Holistiq. Dr. Robert Bolash is the Medical Director of Utilization Management at Cedars-Sinai and an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA.

He received his medical degree from the University of Miami School of Medicine and trained in Interventional Pain Management at the Cleveland Clinic. He is a Fulbright Scholar and is Board Certified in both Anesthesiology and Pain Management.

Richard W. Rosenquist, MD

Dr. Richard Rosenquist received his M.D. degree in June 1984 from Northwestern University, Chicago, Illinois. His post-graduate education includes an internship at Evanston Hospital in Evanston, Illinois from 1984-1985, residency in Anesthesiology at Northwestern University, and McGaw Medical Center and Affiliated Hospitals in Chicago, Illinois 1985-1987, and a one-year fellowship in Regional Anesthesia/Pain and Critical Care, Grady Memorial Hospital/Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.

From July, 1988 to June, 1990 Dr. Rosenquist was an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology at Emory University School of Medicine in Atlanta, Georgia. From June, 1990 to December 31, 1997 he was an Assistant Professor of Anesthesiology, Director, Acute Pain Control Service and Director, Center for Pain Management and Rehabilitation Medicine at the University of Illinois, College of Medicine at Chicago. Dr. Rosenquist was an Associate Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of the Pain Medicine Division at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinic from 1998-2004. From 2004 to June 30, 2011, he was Professor of Anesthesiology and Director of the Pain Medicine Division at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics in Iowa City, Iowa. He is currently Chairman of the Pain Management Department at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH.

Dr. Rosenquist is a Past-President of the American Society of Regional Anesthesia (ASRA). He served as President of ASRA from 2005 to 2007. He served on the ASRA Board of Directors from 2000 to 2011. He is currently Vice-Chair for the Faculty Development Committee and a member of the CME Committee. For the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) he currently serves as a Member of the ASA Committee on Pain Medicine, Member of the ASA Committee on Economics, and ASA RUC Advisor. For the American Board of Anesthesiology (ABA), he is a past Chair of the ABA Pain Medicine Examination Committee and served as a member of the committee from 2003 to 2019. For the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME), he served on the Anesthesiology Residency Review Committee, the Task Force on Pain Fellowship Program Requirement Revisions, the Milestone Development Task Force for Acute and Chronic Pain Medicine, the Fellowship Program Requirement Task Force for Regional Anesthesiology and Acute Pain Medicine from 2012-2018 and is currently a member of the ACGME Board of Appeals. For the Spine Intervention Society, he was a member-at-large of the Board of Directors from 2021 to 2023.

Dr. Rosenquist’s areas of interest include education and training, chronic pain management, regional anesthesia, and postoperative pain management.

Dr. Rosenquist has 82 peer-reviewed publications, 2 books, and 24 book chapters. He has given over 550 presentations at local, national and international meetings.

Nicole Arias Baez, MSc, MD

Nicole Arias Baez, MSc, MD, is a dedicated professional with a rich academic background. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from the Universidad Iberoamericana in the Dominican Republic, her place of birth and upbringing. Her academic journey continued at King’s College London, where she earned a Master's of Science in Mental Health Population-Based Research while focusing on the impact of nutrition on neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. Motivated by a family history of dementia, with both grandmothers affected, she forged a personal commitment to promoting better health. This dedication led her to become a Certified Health Coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in NYC and earn certification as a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer.

Nicole's passion is empowering individuals to achieve their health and wellness goals. With over five years of experience in private health coaching, she recognizes the importance of a comprehensive and holistic care team in clinical settings. This commitment led her to Holistiq Spine & Orthopaedic, where she's delighted to be part of a care team that prioritizes a patient-focused approach.

Outside of her professional life, you'll often find Nicole immersed in reading, listening to podcasts, nurturing her garden, experimenting in the kitchen, or exploring the great outdoors with her family and two scruffy dogs.
