Is there a minimum commitment for the basic or premium membership plans?
No. Memberships are billed month-to-month. Members may choose to enroll month-to-month or opt into a 3- or 6-month commitment for added value.
How does the chiropractic consultation fee work?
The one-time chiropractic consultation fee varies based on the membership commitment selected at time of enrollment.
- Month-to-month (no commitment): $99 consultation fee
- 3-month commitment: $59 consultation fee
- 6-month consultation: consultation fee is waived
What if I need more chiropractic visits beyond what’s included in my plan?
Additional chiropractic visits beyond the monthly plan allowance may be scheduled as needed for $49 per visit, with payment collected on the day of service.
Are there add-on options for Shockwave Therapy or Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation (PMS)?
Yes. Additional Shockwave Therapy sessions are available for $49 per session, and Peripheral Magnetic Stimulation sessions are available for $99 per session. Add-on services are self-pay and must be used while your membership is active.
Do unused visits rollover from month to month?
No, unused visits do not rollover. We recommend confirming your availability before scheduling. If needed, we are happy to assist with rescheduling within the same month, subject to provider and location availability.
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Missed appointments or late cancellations may count toward your monthly visit allowance. Please provide advance notice if you need to reschedule so we can accommodate another patient.
Can I switch between the basic and premium membership plans?
Yes. Members may request to upgrade or downgrade their membership. Changes are reviewed on a case-by-case basis based on care needs, service usage, and billing cycle timing. Please contact a team member for assistance.
When are membership payments collected?
Payments are automatically collected on the same date each month. If the scheduled billing date falls on a weekend or holiday, payment will be processed on the next business day using the card on file.
Can I freeze or pause my membership?
Yes. Membership freezes may be requested for up to 8 weeks due to travel, medical or personal reasons and/or other circumstances. Please contact our team for details and eligibility.
What happens if I cancel my membership?
Membership cancellations require a 30-day written notice and sent via email to info@goholistiq.com. Please note that one final monthly payment may be processed depending on the billing cycle and requested effective date. Access to membership services will end on the final day of paid membership period.
Can I use my health insurance for chiropractic visits while on a membership?
Membership plans are self-pay and designed to provide consistent access and added value. If you choose to use insurance for chiropractic visits; shockwave therapy and PMS are available at our standard cash pricing or through bundled service discounts, which are billed separately.
